The ADA Book was written to make ADA compliance for digital assets easy to understand.
Although there is no language in the Americans with Disabilities Act which speaks to modern digital accessibility, the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) stance is that the ADA does indeed apply to the digital world.
In the ADA Book, I bring the DOJ’s stance forward as a set of best practices so owners of digital assets can take action, make their assets accessible, and reduce risk of / prevent litigation.
